Shipping Policy

Shipping in Lima can take between 1 to 3 business days, apart from the production time of each garment, while shipping to any part of Peru can take between 2 to 5 business days.

DELOSANTOS will make only one (1) attempt to deliver the order to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. In case the order cannot be delivered, the customer will be notified via email to coordinate a second delivery whose cost will be assumed by the customer. Coordination will not necessarily take place minutes prior to delivery; The confirmation email that the customer will receive must be considered as the last confirmation of the purchase.

For international shipments, all our shipments are from Peru with DHL. The approximate delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days, apart from the production time of each garment. Once the order has been dispatched from our atelier, an email will be sent with the tracking number.

All taxes, duties or expenses generated in the destination country must be paid by the client. Contact the country’s customs office for more information.

Reception and review of the product

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the product is in perfect condition. If you receive the product and notice something imperfect, the customer must inform DELOSANTOS by sending an email to contacto@delosantos.pe about the problem, no later than 2 calendar days after receiving the product. If you do not receive a communication for an incomplete product within that period, the product will be considered complete and any imperfection will be the responsibility of the client.
